Team Lead-central Procurement Operations Job in Elasticrun

Position: Team Lead Commodity/ FMCG Qualification:

PG /Graduate
Experience: 4-5 years of exp with at-least 3 years of buying exp in Fresh | Commodities | Staples |FMCG is mandatory.

Candidates speaking:-Malayalam,Tamil,Telugu are preffered.

Role:
This role involves close working with suppliers and ensuring smooth supplies to warehouse without
any stocks out. He will be someone very vigilant of the rate and brands / marka prevalent in the
market with a keen eye for details so we are always competitive in our Kirana buying.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring smooth Kirana supplies @ 3 warehousing locations.
100 % order fulfilment of the PO issued to supplier
Clear communication with the supplier to avoid any stock out situation
Vendor performance monitoring & identification of new vendors | back up vendors
Lowering cost of procurement | supplies @ each location
Addressing supplier escalations
Price and quality issue resolution with the supplier
Ensure there is no payment pendency of supplier & do monthly reconciliation of the supplies
MIS reports generation on rate of major Kirana items @ locations

Ability to understand dynamics of supply chain
Candidate should have hands on experience of working @ ground level
