Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for design and development of real time embedded software/firmware and PC/mobile based software application.
Leading requirements capturing, design & code implementation, bug fixing, test environment development, test cases and procedures development, traceability analysis and review work of development and testing teams
Managing audit and compliances as per SDLC and PDLC
Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the Client.
Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex solutions to meet customers needs.
Responsible for architecture definition, detailed design & complete product development cycle
Evaluate new tools & technologies for optimized performance, cost optimization, Infra-security.
Responsible for interacting with other team like hardware, software and Qualification for successful execution of project.
Responsible for team management and mentoring subordinate
Responsible for mentoring and training juniors as per the project requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience working with Embedded RTOS application development on embedded platforms. Using
Proficient in using C/C++ language on embedded platforms and debugging skills.
Proficient knowledge of Java/Python/HTML programming language.
Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures using C/C++ and Multithreaded Programming
Proficient working with development tools like oscilloscope, protocol analyser, emulator, signal generator, JTAG programmer, GIT, SVN, JIRA.
Proficient working with different embedded platform like microcontroller, processor and DSP
Proficient of Board support package, Device driver and boot loader development/porting.
Understanding of hardware schematic, datasheet of hardware component to derive firmware/software specific solution
Strong sense of ownership, passionate, fast learner, detail-oriented, analytical mind set, perfection seeker.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
