Positions curently based in Mumbai Effervescent is looking for an upbeat, focused and well-organized responsible individuals to be an additional asset to our sales team. Candidates must be committed to winning and working hard in a team sales environment. Must also be result-driven and committed to quickly learn the creative advertising business. The Sr. Sales Executive's primary focus will be key account follow-up, sales support, maintenance and service support. This person should be extremely presentable, polite, proactive, organized, responsible, and should work well within a group. He must have a win-win attitude and must be a team player. The Sr. Sales Executive will have the responsibility to handle a team of Sales Executive's who shall report to him. Must ensure 100% client satisfaction. Key Role & Responsibilities: Contacting clients by telephone to negotiate terms of an agreement and using persuasion skills to conclude the sale Working positively to achieve tight sales targets Making accurate, rapid cost calculations Keeping log records of transactions Attend meeting for new sales & repeat orders in Mumbai & out of Mumbai (all over India) Maintaining and developing a client base to generate new business Visiting clients regularly once a working relationship has been established. BDM will be Sr. to BDE and will monitor sales targets, activities, queries of the team reporting to him/her. Attend to client queries & co-ordinate with studio team & facilitate work completion as per timeframes Set standards & policies in work process Select best performing BDE Monthly & reward him for his performance Motivating all Jr. team members & taking their daily, weekly training sessions with mock- calling, also visiting with the Jr. BDE for meetings during their probation period to boost up their confidence Attending to customer queires, complaints etc. Will review performance of consolidated sales activity of H.O. franchisee's & group Will study competition products & services & accordingly at repeated intervals bring innovation in product positioning & branding Key Account Manager (single point of contact) to the client Introduce new offers, schemes, packages, packs from time to time Will report to AVP - Sales

Requirements:

MBA in Sales and Marketing or a Graduate with min 2-4 years experience
Strong applications experience (Advance Excel, CRM etc.)
Ability to manage & lead teams.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment
Must have superior analytical skills
