Job Summary

Product:

Understand the platform's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative changes
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

Projects (for the product):

Responsible for leading teams to complete all project deliverables
Support, coordinate and execute strategic projects
Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally
Manage project budget, timelines, and deliverables
Lead and manage projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, debrief facilitation and close
Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked
Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and program delivery
Measure the outcomes and outputs of projects and process improvement endeavors and leverage quantitative results to inform the business direction
Support on the creation of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance by using SLAs and KPIs
Manage cadenced and periodic updates to process documentation such as point of contacts, process steps, workflows, and system access

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - skill with 3+ years experience

Required - skill with 1+ years experience

Required - skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Kolkata, Can You Work In Dum Dum Area

Required - Good command over English
