Job Summary Role Overview: In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications to align with business processes and requirements, specifically utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. Collaborate with teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work on developing applications that integrate AI technologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation. Utilize deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and natural language processing (NLP) to create advanced solutions for clients. Technical Experience: Experience in application development, with a focus on AI technologies such as deep learning, chatbots, and NLP. Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR development. Professional Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about business challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to developing innovative solutions. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
