We are looking to add to this talent pool someone who will lead the market risk practice from the front with a sound understanding in areas of market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and stress testing for Rates, FX, Equity, and Commodities.

The Ideal Experience Map:

Minimum 9 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects people, process, client management, program and project management in IB operations (cash equities, derivatives) or reference data (product) or risk and finance domains

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support business analysis and drive end-to-end delivery in the areas of process transformation, data and change management
  • Act as a single point of contact for all program related queries and escalations
  • Prepare and drive the monthly business reviews meetings with the client
  • Administration of various governance pillars which would include client engagement, knowledge management, resource management, BCP [business continuity planning], Control and compliance
  • Ensure timely execution of all project deliverables as per the agreed quantity and quality SLAs
  • Flexibility in travel across locations (25%)
  • Responsible for lead hiring, training, Onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, attrition management
  • Liaising with shared services to facilitate timely completion of business deliverables

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • MS Office, MS Project, Visio, BPM, PMP, Scrum (Agile)

  • Analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent communication and team management skills, leadership, ability to impact customer directly, quality consciousness and relationship building and networking skills
  • In addition, the candidate needs to possess a strategic perspective, business acumen, be action orientated and a drive to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to network and earn confidence of diverse client personnel plus interaction with global teams
  • Excellent multi-tasking, stakeholder management and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with teams across time zones and cultures
