- Candidate must have strong Interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Document Preparation and Requirement Elicitation
- Candidate must have strong understanding on standard software development methodology and documentation.
- Candidate must have knowledge on documents related to business analyst.
- Candidate must have understanding on requirement management and Elicitation
- Analytical Skills
- Candidate must have analytical skill and understanding on process management.
- Candidate must be familiar with ERP/CRM Domain.
- Domain Expertise
- Candidate must have strong domain knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
- Team Building/Team Management
- Candidate must manage his module's implementation team as well as communicate changes to the development team.
- PSU/Government Project Experience
- PSU/Government Project Experience will be preferable.
MBA+BE/Graduate in specific domain
