Urgent Requirement for IT Recruitment (immediate joiner)
WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
Responsibilities
- Provide full recruitment life cycle, including but not limited to, sourcing, screening candidates, completing references and negotiating compensation.
- Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, and Internal Database.
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
- Connect with and follow up with candidates constantly via phone and email; Build talent pools.
- Provide a high standard of candidate experience.
- Work successfully under pressure and pressing deadlines.
- Prioritize the key tasks on day to day basis and focus on critical tasks as needed.
- Experience handling high-volume accounts should be able to handle multiple requirements on a given day.
