Job Summary

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, portals, references etc

Conducting telephonic interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Interview Line ups and coordination with HOD/Management

Close all Open Positions with in TAT

Day to Day Admin /operational tasks

Assisting in HR Operations

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
