Job Summary Essential Job Functions: Sales Enablement Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of the sales enablement strategy to align with sales goals and company objectives. Ensure the sales enablement strategy fosters consistency and excellence across the sales organization. Sales Training Program Design & Delivery: Assist in designing and delivering engaging sales training programs, contributing to content creation that helps sales teams improve their effectiveness and meet their targets. Tailor training initiatives based on the analysis of the sales team's needs and performance gaps. Collaboration with Sales Leaders: Work closely with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and prioritize training needs. Provide ongoing support to sales teams by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to succeed in their roles. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Suggest changes to sales strategies or processes based on the performance data. Team Leadership: Manage a small team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support. Ensure the team remains aligned with strategic goals and maintains high performance. Sales Technology Implementation: Play a key role in selecting and implementing sales enablement technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Ensure proper adoption of sales tools by the sales organization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to integrate sales enablement programs effectively across the organization. Monitoring and Reporting: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Report on key performance metrics and insights to senior management, making recommendations for improvements where necessary. Basic Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically, 6+ years of experience in a relevant industry, with at least 2+ years in a similar sales enablement role. Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales and sales enablement with a solid understanding of how to support and enhance the sales process. Skills: Strong proficiency in sales strategy, training, and technology. Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and sales enablement technologies. Other Qualifications: Advanced Degree: A Master's degree or other advanced qualifications in a relevant field is a plus. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), are a plus and demonstrate commitment to professional growth.
