Job Summary

Main Tasks and responsibilities :


  • The position is responsible for ensuring successful facilitation of the entire life-cycle of ChannelPartner Development - both in digital & manual systems of DTDC.

  • The position will act as a single point of contact as far as managing various processes under theChannel Partner development is concerned

  • Assistance in implementing schemes & processes to PAN India Channel Partners

  • Coordinating with Teams to improve performance of teams on various aspects

  • Facilitating the entire life-cycle of Channel Partner Development digital & manual systems

  • Supporting management of the centralized Query Management System of ChannelPartners

  • Create and run regular MIS and reports to monitor the productivity improvements as aresult of the process enhancements

  • Ability to handle projects from concept to launch and running them successfully.

  • Strong knowledge of account management at the organization level.

  • A team player with a multi-tasking skills.
