Job Summary

An integral part of Drip s finance business is to connect with our customers and help them use our products to avail financing while building a long-term relationship for future business opportunities. The Buyer Operations Associate will be working closely with Drip s customers across the globe as well as with Sales and Operations teams internally to deliver a smooth and compliant financing experience.

Responsible for ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled through coordination with Drip s internal departments and third-party logistics vendors/partners with the use of Drip s proprietary software tools
Ensure process compliance while improving turn-around-times to deliver a great customer experience
Deliver clear written and verbal communication to aid query resolution and other operations related activities
Build relationships with Drip s third-party logistics partners and ensure timely delivery of commitments on both sides
Take initiative in helping management optimize processes and systems with customer feedback

Requirements:

Experience working with customers in trans-Atlantic geographies
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment
Applicants with previous experience working with supply chain and logistics functions of international trade preferred.
