Job Summary

The Operations Associate at Drip Capital will be working closely with the Sales and Credit Risk teams within Drip as well as with Drip s third party logistics partners in US acting as a cross-function liaison responsible for:

Operations assistance in opening and closing of logistics accounts and related loans
Support day to day operations with prospective as well as existing logistics accounts
Engage timely with logistics partners to receive and file monthly expenses and assist in periodic checks of invoices submitted
Assist in reconciliation of accounts across products
Share clear updates with internal and external parties as required
Liaise with other departments in relation to transactions being handled
Participate in team projects involving the testing of new setups on financial software to meet business needs

Requirements:

Willingness to learn a thorough knowledge of financial products and services
Accurate and efficient data input capabilities
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree
Experience: 2+ years of experience in back-end data operations
Applicants with previous experience working with supply chain and logistics functions of international trade preferred
