Avp, Product Design - Ui Job in Dream11

We are looking for an experienced and talented creative lead to grow, mentor and provide the creative direction for the Dream11 user interface and graphics design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling creative processes at large organisations and working effectively in agile teams, with product, marketing, UX designers, copywriters, and developers.

Your Role:

• Grow, mentor and provide creative direction for the user interface, interaction design and graphics design team
• Conceive a robust creative strategy for the design function in close collaboration with the marketing, product and design teams
• Be an integral part of the creation, implementation and company-wide application of a design system
• Work with marketing, product and design to define the creative brief and ensure that the creative work fully answers the brief
• Help improve creative processes within our Agile delivery methods
• Work with delivery managers on the prioritisation of work and resources
• Stay current with relevant trends and research as it relates to digital design and sharing this knowledge with your peers
• Contribute to the development of our Design Club to promote learning, growth, comradeship and innovative thinking across the organisation
• Have a user centric approach to your work and assist in the inculcation of a design thinking culture within the organisation

Must Have:

• 8 or more years of experience and proven track record
• An impressive portfolio of work that showcases a mix of user interface and visual design skills
• Full project lifecycle experience from concept through to completion
• Proven creative leadership skills, confident with everything from creative delivery to team building and mentoring
• Experience designing for complex systems across Desktop and Mobile applications
• Expert user of Sketch, Zeplin, Abstract, Creative Suite, other tools of the trade
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset

Good to Have:

• Degree in a design-related field
• Recognised UX / UI certifications
• Experience working in an agile development process
• Experience in advertising
• Passion for sports
