Job Summary Position Summary The Talent Scout is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent within the life sciences industry, specifically in the areas of discovery, early development, clinical development, CGT, and Antibody Engineering. This role will play a crucial part in building a strong talent pipeline to support the organization's growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and implement targeted hiring strategies for niche domains within the life sciences industry. Utilize innovative hiring techniques, competitive intelligence, and research to build diverse talent pools. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and position requirements. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment. Implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to different roles and talent availability. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about workforce market trends, competitive practices, and industry developments. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Metrics and Reporting: Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to enhance the hiring process. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the life sciences industry, with a focus on discovery, early development, and clinical development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Qualification :
Masters degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
