Summary of Position: Handle email and chats and assist customers related to webhosting issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers experience with their web hosting plans and services.
  • Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via help desk.
  • Should multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and the managers.

Qualifications: Diploma, Graduate or higher

Experience:0- 2 years

Skills:

  • Should be able to handle 3 chats at a time
  • Excellent in English communication, Verbal & Written
  • Typing skills with 35 words/min
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts ( including night shifts)
  • Strong in logical reasoning.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts which also includes night shifts
  • Web-hosting knowledge will be an added advantage
