Job Description:
Min 4+ years of experience in sales. Must have handled one large plotted development project. Strong customer focus and centricity. Energetic, sophisticated and strong in execution of sales delivery. Entrepreneurial by nature. Should have the ability to hunt and zero in on the defined target audience. Should be able to schedule priorities and client site visits. Should have the ability to prepare customized proposals and collateral. Should be able to conduct preliminary / advanced engagement with clients. Should be able to collaborate and ensure that deals are closed as per company policies Should offer great post-sales support to be able to dig further referral from existing client base.
Qualification : Graduate
