7.1.0 Supply Chain Planning, Control and Delivery
7.1.1 To initiate along with plant leaders WEEKLY production plan based on supply chain inputs (What to deliver) and monitor implementation/ execution
of the plan upto despatch level. (How to deliver) (weekly)
7.1.2 Monitoring the production & delivery activities to achieve the production target as per production plan ie % of fillrate achieved. Also monitoring of
PQCDSM. (Daily)
7.1.3 Analyse, Decide & Act on - Trend analysis, Variance analysis, Cause & effect analysis, to facilitate solution for problem related to PQCDSM target
achievement. (Weekly/Monthly)
7.1.4 Institutionalize the new supply chain scheduling model (coordination with SIGMA) for production smoothening & inventory control
7.2.0 Engg & Maintenance management
7.2.1 To monitor (cycle time,cost) maintenance of tools , Fixtures etc.(Daily / Weekly)
7.2.2 Planning and monitoring of Tooling requirements with Tool room - cost justification. (Should be with DMG / MDI)
7.2.3 Proper monitoring of energy consumption for optimising energy consumption. (Can be with Maintenance)
7.2.4 Promoting / initiating and institutionalize TPM
7.3.0 Materials management
7.3.1 To plan, initiate procurement and monitor consumption of materials as per sales forecasts (Monthly)
7.3.2 Monitor delivery /dispatch of FG including logistic management of containers between factory vis-a-vis port/shipment.
7.3.3 Monitor changes in sales forecasts and availability of materials(RM, Consumables) in coordination with finance and materials departments and
take corrective and preventive actions
7.4.0 Man management and organization development
7.4.1 Support, guidance to plant leaders, shift engineers,line owners in problems related to operations
7.4.2 Monitoring discipline management in shop floor in terms of attendance, absenteeism.
7.4.3 To Optimize utilization of manpower including Talent Pool Management
7.4.4 Interface with HR for recruitment, induction, discipline management, staff and w
