Brief Job Description:

Production planning and control:-
Overseeing the production line, process, product development, quality control, product testing and responsible for the quality & quantity of the product that a distillery produces in plants in the location with zero liquid discharge (ZLD). Managing the entire process of the plant & ensuring smooth working of the plant.
Quality Management :-
Responsible for quality of finished products as per norms.
Effective usages of Capital & Resources:-
Optimizing the costs of production. Tracking and controlling variable costs- chemical, Power and Steam. Responsible for managing round the clock operations by optimum utilization of manpower.
Machine Maintains and replacement :-
Responsible for cost effective and timely implementation of the repair program, as well as the preventive maintenance.
Process Improvement/Documentation and Management:-
Continuous Improvement of output performance, continually reviewing a recommending
Improvements to production processes:-
Reviewing and analyzing process parameters for improving performance.
Inventory Management:-
Regular reviewing inventory of raw material and finished product.
Local Compliance & Management :-
Understanding of regulatory compliances i.e., labor laws, industrial laws & environmental laws. Ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting & MIS:-Timely reports day to day activities to the reporting manager and management
Health & Safety :-
Environment Health and Safety- Plant property and people. Ensuring each activity is performed safely. Ensuring implementation of permit system. Lock Out Tag Out, Hot work etc. Ensuring required trainings like safety, operation etc. for team.
