Job Summary

Roles & Responsibility :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to optimize existing content. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of digital content creation and website development. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions; use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and maintain client relation with work requirement. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly. Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for optimization. Create and manage effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings. Monitor and report on the SEO performance of competitors and industry leaders. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure SEO considerations are incorporated into new initiatives and campaigns. Provide regular reports and presentations to upper management on SEO performance, strategies, and initiatives. Experience & Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (2 years) in SEO, with a successful track record of leading and managing a team. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc. Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis. Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles is a plus. Solid understanding of content marketing and its relationship with SEO. Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.
