Job Summary

Job Description

  • Payment follow-ups through emails on daily basis
  • Preparing reconciliation statement of accounts to sending clients on due basis over the mail
  • Invoice preparations from Account Managers through details
  • Invoices recording in Tally
  • Prepare Client Agreement & checking for renewal period
  • Maintaining Vendor tracker monthly Expense sheet on Google spreadsheet
  • Prepare Vendor Agreement & checking for renewal period
  • Prepare Vendor payment sheet on monthly due basis
  • Expenses recording in Tally
  • Prepare employee expense reimbursement sheet on monthly basis
  • Checking cash expenses sheet on weekly basis


Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months as Accounts executive, Accounts Officer or relevant field
  • Should have managed invoices and bills
  • Good with vendor management and payments
