Job Summary

Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions and Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

Maintains historical records by filing documents.

Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

Tag and monitor fixed assets.

Record cash receipts and make bank deposits and Ensure that receivables are collected promptly by following the accounting policies and procedures

Conduct a monthly and periodic reconciliation of all the bank accounts to ensure their accuracy.

Maintains the petty cash fund and Issue financial statements.

Maintains an orderly accounting filing system and annual budget.

Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - Accounting,finance or tally skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Good command over Fluent In English

    Experience Required :

    2 to 4 Years
