Job Summary

A reputable and well established CA firm has a vacancy for permanent full time staff.

Standard working hours will be 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm for 5 days a week.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Computerised processing of accounting records for timely reporting

Reporting to the General Manager and assisting with resolution of queries from clients.

Skill set Sought:

Essentials:

Willingness to learn

Diligence, sincerely, honesty & integrity are extremely important and highly valued at our firm.

Ability to multitask & adapt quickly when switching between different jobs.

Ability to type quickly

Good working knowledge of Office software e.g. word processor, spreadsheets such as MS Office, GSuite etc.

Accountability – Takes ownership of issues to get resolutions that benefit the business.

Problem / query resolution aptitude

Ability to prioritise workload efficiently for timely reporting

Good communication skills

Customer Focus – Makes and meets internal customer commitments & understands that their requirements are what drive those of the business and keep the doors open

Willingness to enter a long term commitment

Professionalism must be maintained in all interactions.

Advantageous but not critical to have the following skills:

Prior experience in Book-Keeping role

Preferable to have hands-on experience with computerised accounting software.

Good understanding of accounting principles

Business / Finance certificate/ degree or similar qualification

Required - Bookkeeping skill with 1+ years experience

Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

Required - Located in West Delhi
