Description
Accomplishing Analytical Instruments Segment objectives by sales strategy, business development, relationship management, key account management, market penetration, cross-functional coordination, target achievement, planning, evaluating, implementing and completing sales activities ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)
BE-B.Tech in (EC, EI, EE)
2- 5 years of experience, preferably in the field of sales of Analytical Equipment, Test & Measuring Instruments, Laboratory Equipments
Important competencies /skills required
Communication writing, verbal, and presentation skills
Technical have an understanding of the selection of Analytical Instruments, Test & Measuring Instruments, Laboratory Equipments
Commercial Understanding of commercial terms for indigenous and imported equipment
Be self-motivated Implement self-improvement and set ambitious targets
Meet deadlines Be pro-active and drive achievement of the targets
Competent and flexible - Pro-actively offer solutions
Be a team player Seek and give support to all team members
Organization and planning Follow systems and have a systematic approach
Time management Have a professional approach
Be persistent and effective Be hardworking and work diligently

Profile :
- Knowledge & Experience in the Analytical Instruments space is preferred
- Prior or current experience of handling a team is preferredJob Description :
- Increase sales volumes and achieve the sales targets on his/her territory in respect of PKI strategy
- Sell the company's products and services directly to the end-users
- Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, or product segment
- Achieves assigned sales quotas by maximizing promotion and sales activity of products
- Sets targets and review for all direct reports in consultation with DGM sales
- Generates ideas that contribute to the territory, business unit, company mission, and profitability
- Proven sales track record in the analytical or instrument business in life science or applied market space.
