Job summary
Having responsibilities South region and reporting to the Deputy General Manager- Operations, you will manage & synchronize project start-ups, perform equipment commissioning. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing, managing and controlling all activities, resources and expenses in order to ensure safe and efficient operations at the right quality, quantity and cost leading to management and customer s satisfaction.
Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned)
Management
Supervise the coordination of manufacturing activities of the region and ensure optimum production and utilization/allocation of manpower and equipment s.
Supervise overall tools and consumables related issues such as tool life, consumption and local sourcing (vendor development).
Guarantee production and quality control standards as well as delivery commitment within established production cost (standard cost).
Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, highlight major variances and suggest corrective actions for approval.
Review and analyze operations related reports and interact with regional managers to ensure timely resolution of production and QC problems as all as well as maintenance problems.
Make sure that quantity of threads manufactured at site does not exceed the quantity stated in work orders as well as two times the quantity of couplers supplied.
Ensure strict adherence to customer s safety rules and corporate safety policy.
Coordination with other departments
Keep regular and friendly communication as well as sharing of information between all functions of the company and ensure such principle is valued at regional level.
Approve reconcilement of invoices on a monthly basis considering actual quantity of threads manufactured and deductions towards outside threading and customer storage usage.
Issue the daily and monthly site activity reports.
Submit consolidated actual production and threads forecast on a monthly basis.
Update and communicate the organization chart on a monthly basis.
Send a site audit report following each site visit.
Report monthly KPI and propose actions to achieve targets.
Keep regular and friendly communication as well as sharing of information between all functions of the company and ensure such principle is valued at regional level.
Reporting

Educational Background: Diploma (Mech.), BE/B. Tech in Civil / MechanicalWork Experience: 10 to 12 years in Construction Industry (Site Operation)
