Job Summary:

We are having the opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Tele sales executive to join our team! As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for calling to potential customers to explain and sell the plans & policies.

Job responsibility:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain to them our plans and our products
  • Pitch the product and complete the transaction
  • Update client record
  • Go the extra mile to increase sales
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Meet call Quality standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platform is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Ms- Office.
  • To make the PPT for presentation knowledge is must.
  • Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Should be confident and presentable
  • Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills
  • Excellent convincing/selling skills

Key skills:

Tele sales, Lead Generation, relationship management, Cold Calling, Business Development, IT sales .

Education :

Any Graduate / Undergraduate
