We are having the opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Tele sales executive to join our team! As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for calling to potential customers to explain and sell the plans & policies.
Job responsibility:
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain to them our plans and our products
- Pitch the product and complete the transaction
- Update client record
- Go the extra mile to increase sales
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Meet call Quality standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platform is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Ms- Office.
- To make the PPT for presentation knowledge is must.
- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Should be confident and presentable
- Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills
- Excellent convincing/selling skills
Key skills:
Tele sales, Lead Generation, relationship management, Cold Calling, Business Development, IT sales .
Education :
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
