Work you ll do

As part of the DEC team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for driving and executing user experience for our product and assets initiatives

The team

The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do.The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating end to end user experience solutions from understanding the user through user research, persona creation, storyboarding, wireframing to high fidelity designing, prototyping and testing.
• Understanding the company s design system and utilising the structure to create consistent UI/UX within and across products.
• Participation in design sprints and team work.
• Close collaboration with different stakeholders at different stages in the design and development process.
• Creating creative decks for effective storytelling

As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

• 2-4 years of UI/UX experience.
• Master s or Bachelor s degree in Design or a related field of study is a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint, design thinking concepts, accessibility standards, UX best practices.
• A design portfolio showcasing the work done so far.
