Branch Manager Job in Deejos
Job Summary
- To ensure proper handholding support to all new joinees and maximize productivity of all the reporting team members in the Branch
- To ensure that team members follow all processes related to Sales, Designs, Execution and Facility management.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- To ensure customer service standards are met & all projects are handedover on time with Quality
- Accountable for general administration of branch which includes Up-keeping of Accounts/Records and Cash Management.
Experience, Qualification and Desired skills
- 6-8 Years of Experience
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Proven branch management experience or similar role.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with industry s rules and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Results driven and customer focused.
