Job Summary
  • To ensure proper handholding support to all new joinees and maximize productivity of all the reporting team members in the Branch
  • To ensure that team members follow all processes related to Sales, Designs, Execution and Facility management.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Meet goals and metrics.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • To ensure customer service standards are met & all projects are handedover on time with Quality
  • Accountable for general administration of branch which includes Up-keeping of Accounts/Records and Cash Management.

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

  • 6-8 Years of Experience
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
  • Proven branch management experience or similar role.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry s rules and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Results driven and customer focused.
