Branch Manager For Housing Finance Company In Chennai & Hosur.

1. To function as an overall administration in-charge of the branch.
2. Customer Acquisition: To monitor the leads, to check for the quality of sourcing and to
ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set.
3. Customer Retention: To counsel and retain the customers thus ensuring NIL prepayment
of Housing Loan, unless it is authorised by the Managing Director / Head Credit, Risk &
Recovery of the Company.
4. Customer Management: To act as a one stop shop for all the customer related queries,
issues and grievances and to resolve them at the earliest.
5. To ensure 'Zero Customer Complaints' against the staff and the Branch as a whole.
6. To manage all the branch staff (i.e.,) Sales team, Legal Officer, Technical Officer,
Recovery staff, Accountant, Credit staff (administrative control only) and to coordinate
with vendors and DSA for support services.
7. Responsible for proper training of new employees inducted into the system.
8. To manage the performance and productivity of Branch staff and offer continuous
feedback on the same.
9. To ensure maximum business growth both in terms of number and amount, not
compromising on the quality or business ethics, at the same time.
10. To achieve high branch profitability or as per targets.
11. To rigorously monitor NPA overdue accounts and to ensure that there are no adverse
changes in NPA overdue.
12. To avoid falling of any additional accounts into NPA overdue category.
13. Responsible for good rating from the Cluster Head, C.O. functionaries, Internal Control
and Audit, External Audit, Statutory Audit, etc.
14. To make sure that there are no negative remarks or observations reported by any
regulatory or supervisory authority on the Branch.
15. To engage in Branch promotion activities through various marketing channels.
16. To observe and report the competitors' business activity and suggest to update and
improve our products and processes accordingly.
17. To make sure that the Branch premises and the Company Assets are properly maintained.
