Job Summary

  • Role demands:

  • Owning the product from technical perspective, Building and integrated system to meet the Product objective.
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
  • Technical Domain expertise internally for teams and externally for clients

    • Responsibility Areas:

    Solution/Tech Architect will have responsibilities as outlined below.

  • Should have a deeper understanding of various digital technologies and framework in the mobility space, good understanding of Data Information architecture, data flow and API integration behind the screens and their competitive advantages/use cases and hands on experience
  • Accountable for Vahana (Decimal s own platform) platform implementation in Projects and be a chief problem solver for any platform component related issues across delivery
  • Should develop good understanding of Decimal solutions and its underlying architecture and own building scalable implementation of these solution for various clients.
  • Team leadership capability, should be able to lead a team of 5-8 members.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand the requirement and provide a tech solution implementation of the requirements.
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes
  • Responsible for evaluating the product (s), solution components and conduct a delta analysis during pre-sales stage and through the delivery life cycle and hold a persuasive discussion with client and delivery leadership team.
  • This role will require the individual to perform coding.

    • Skills Required:

  • Appx 7-9 years of experience in IT consulting or software development house
  • Good hands on experience of various coding languages such as Python, Java, etc.
  • Exposure to mobile frameworks such as Kotlin, Flutter, X-Code etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Should have worked as a full stack developer in previous role preferably with a product based organization.
  • Good Hands on AWS and its IaaS, and Managed services capabilities.
  • Having good exposure of RDBMS and No-SQL databases. Preferred exposure on Oracle, PostGre. Redis for cache.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and automation and how to implement in a product.
  • 50-50 bifurcation between solutioning/architecting and coding. Someone who don t mind getting his/her hands dirty all the time.
  • Ability to translate the business requirements into technical solutions.

    • Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science Preferred) from reputed Institute / M.Tech from reputed institute will be preferred.
