Job Summary
- Experience - Experience of 10-15 years in the Real Estate Sector
- Experience of working with Prestigious builders (preferably Bhopal)
- Well versed with Social Media Marketing/Online marketing channels
- Comfortable with ERP systems and reporting online
- Flair of dealing with HNI and NRI clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set and achieve periodic sales targets
- Prepare and execute the overall Marketing Strategy to ensure site visit and conversion
- Lead and train the team of marketing executives
- Negotiate and finalise all sales deals with customers
- Handle offline and inline advertising channels with regular follow-up
- Coordinate the preparation of advertising collaterals
- Ensure the upkeep and management of the Sample Houses
- Coordinate Corporate and upcountry sales plans
