Who we re looking for A bachelor s degree or higher in product design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university Five years of experience in interface and interaction design, including at least one year of experience in designing data intensive applications Minimum of two years of experience in leading a design team along with the passion and vision for leading and growing creative design teams and strategic design alignment Demonstrated excellence in Interaction Design, User Research, and Usability Testing methodologies and processes is required Impressive portfolio, demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions The ability to self-motivate and work under deadline constraints The enthusiasm to learn continuously when it comes to design, UX, and technology, and can integrate these learnings into their work The ability to collaborate across teams and roles to create, define, deliver, and support effective designs Impressive verbal and writing communication skills to be able to articulate your ideas with various stakeholders
