Job Description:

The ideal candidature for this position will be managing CVENTs prospect and client database for Data acquisition & maintenance across various products and locations.He/ She would be responsible for working with cross-teams and update/enhance the database health. Also, responsible for feeding new contact database, Data health, along with regular data maintenance, cleaning and optimization tasks.The ability to understand data, develop relationship with data vendors and utilize third party tools for data cleaning\enrichment.

Position Responsibilities:

Work as data steward.

Data Health monitoring and maintain KPI around that.

Developing and maintaining reports on effectiveness of lead sources, data conversion, data impact on campaign success and data decay rates.

Data preparedness, Standardization for marketing campaigns.

Marketing B2B data budget utilization, maintain regional data growth.

Regular TAM analysis and find new opportunity for data acquisition and enhancement.

Drive process re-engineering within current projects via analysis & automation.

Strong understanding of data structures as they relate to CRM systems and marketing campaigns.

Promote data driven marketing culture.

Desired Skill and Experience

4 - 7 years of relevant work experience

Sound knowledge & experience in EXCEL and SQL.

Marketing B2B Enterprise data acquisition/Enrichment/ accounts hierarchy experience must.

Strong hands in data vendor management and manage Lead Source ROI.

Understanding of data compliance.

Account and contact persona\profile building.

Sweet SPOT analysis.

Attention to detail, focus on deadline and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

Should be able to convert the Business requirement into Technical requirement and vice versa.

Excellent analytical and logical ability.

Excellent communication skills.
