Assistant Manager/team Lead (data Analyst/mis) - Internal Finance Job in Tmf Group

Responsibilities:

• To support the Local Managing Director, Regional Finance Manager and Regional Finance Team
• Departmental Cost Analysis
• Create Monthly closing files and monthly financial report
• Working Time Management includingProductivity and profitability report
• Train and support the local Finance member and Budget reporting
• Able to extract insights from large and complex datasets and comfortable with financial analysis in order to successfully perform some aspects of their job
• Any other tasks related to the Finance scope

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance or Chartered Accountant with at least 5-6 years of experience in the relevant field
• Proficient with Microsoft Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and also possess advanced computer skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Preferrable to have practical experience in business analytics or intelligence.
  
  Familiar with all procedures such as V.A.T, Bookings, Accounting s etc
• 
  Knowledgeable with the national tax guidelines
• 
  Self-initiative to perform duties
• 
  Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Work under pressure and under challenging timelines when required
• 
  Demonstrate maturity, assertivness and steadiness in managing conflict, challenges, decision making and risk management & clients
• 
  High integrity in personality and professionalism
• 
  Ability to manage time/priortize, multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned tasks
• 
  Possess strong sense of responsibility, dedication with strong work ethic and personal discipline and aptitude to take up on more responsibilities and challenges
• 
  Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in conflict management and negotiation
  Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
