Designation: Specialist Training (Networking Trainer)

Work Location: CSS Corp, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities: Train our Engineers (employees) to resolve the high-end, complex technical and support challenges in the most professional way for our Enterprise customers

• Deliver training related to Routing & Switching/ Firewall & Security/ Wireless technologies
• Develop Content using ID Principles (Instructor Guide, Student Guide, Lab Manuals, Presentation & Knowledge Measure)
• Develop & Maintain Knowledgebase through floor observation and by simulating problems & adding it to the existing training content
• Effectively manage the classroom environment in a positive and professional manner
• Create curriculum and hands-on learning by utilizing adult learning theories and sound instructional design methodologies.

We are looking for candidates with

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Zeal for Technology
• Passion for training & Continuous Learning
• Qualification: M.E/M.Tech
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in teaching/ training
• Relevant Industry Certification in Networking Domain CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE or equivalent

Candidates shortlisted will go through an incubation program for 9 months on Enterprise Networking Technologies which will comprise of 6 months of training, followed by 3 months as an Engineer in Technical Assistance Centre (TAC). On successful completion, they will be positioned as Technology Trainer or Product trainer
