Job Summary

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.HR Policy Implementation - Ensure HR policies are followed through the organisation & organizational values are practiced and in the right spirit

2.HR Generalist - Streamline and coordinate HR operations like payroll,Employee Engagement, leave, attendance, on-boarding, confirmations, appraisals & exit management

3.Talent Acquisition - work closely with the recruitment team & source potential candidates from various recruitment channels such as job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.

4.Sourcing - Screening coordinating shortlisting of applicant resumes and conduct periodic feedback sessions with the hiring managers to discuss effectiveness of screening criterion

5.HRIS - MIS Preparation of scheduled and ad-hoc reports providing key insights on the status of recruitment


Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Located in Bengaluru
