Job Summary

Job Description Roles and responsibilities Support HRBPs in daily operations & employee requirements. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Help prepare monthly manpower reports Source top tier candidates via Job boards, social media, referrals & events. Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings. Coordinate & conduct interviews. Partner with stakeholders to understand the needs & develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Requirements: Bachelor s/Post Grad degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Team player with a passion for learning and growth.
