Job Summary
  • Design & Maintain Automation Framework and lead automation team for Regression Testing.
  • Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework and lead the Load Testing team.
  • Lead the Application Performance monitoring team to configure various APM products.
  • Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality standards.
  • Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
  • Work with cloud teams for deployment on Azure & AWS
  • Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into CI/CD pipeline
  • Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment
  • You will be leading a team of 2-30+ test engineers.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining best testing practices in your team.
  • You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.
  • You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of lead technical consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.
Experience Required :
