Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant project experience in Manual testing is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain testing infrastructure in the team for efficient testing.
Write detailed test reports and performance analyses for the product.
Participate in the complete software development life cycle for new products.
Communicate with operations team to gather and understand the requirements.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.
Expertise in any test management tools, Testrail would be preferred.
A basic understanding of web technologies such as .NET(optional), HTML.
Good understanding of SQL and API Testing using postman.
Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred skills
Should have some exposure of Agile methodologies.
Any QA certifications like ISTQB is a plus.
Basic idea on Salesforce.
Should have some working knowledge on automation testing.
Knowledge of E-commerce domain is preferred.
