*Responsible for structuring & rolling out the training calendar *Measuring L&D metrics such as Quality, Effectiveness, Cost of training &ROI *Maintain a keen understanding on training trends, developments and best practices both externally & internally *Previous exposure and experience to design, run out training programs


Desired Candidate Profile

* Identifying the training needs for each employee SMT (Self-Managed Team),white collar employees as well & if needed arranging experts from outside the organization (as per yearly CAPEX of T&D*Designing the training plan & Calendar.Arranging POSH Training Quarterly for Women SMT
