Job Summary

Job Description: The Regional Sales Head will be directly responsible for the sales quota and business development goals in India (South Region). Additionally you will ensure partnership and teamwork across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Partner Alliances. . Having previous cross-company engagement is highly regarded. Roles and Responsibilities Participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required. Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline. Ensure accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management. Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering. Swiftly and successfully resolve customer concerns. Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system. Mentor and encourage demand generation activities. Engage at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations. Desired skills and experience Proven success in Enterprise Sales & Sales Leadership. Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written. Marketing experience highly regarded.
