Job Summary

Job Description:

Crimson Interactive is looking for an in-house recruiter's, who is smart and versatile. The said Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to handle requisitions across departments . Would be responsible to carry out Lateral , campus and leadership Hiring.

Designation:

Senior/Junior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibility:

The role of this position will entail the following:

  • Identify Manpower Gaps as per the department assigned and post-approval of Requisition from management and Talent Acquisition Manager, need to hire as per defined TAT.
  • Carrying out end to end recruitment process starting from sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating the offer.
  • Attracting applicants from various portals using job sites, Social Media etc.
  • Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity for Mid to the senior level position.
  • Identifying Alternate source pool such as Educational Institutes, colleges, Universities for Campus interview.
  • Generating referrals through word of mouth.
  • Gauge candidates capabilities, strengths & limitations and short listing the ones that have qualifying credentials.
  • A recruiter must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS Reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via telephone and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to function in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and use creativity in a business setting
  • Should be a resident of Western suburbs
  • Knowledge of freelancer recruiting websites would be additional advantage.

Skill Required:

  • Relevant experience: 2 years to 7 years handling recruitment Profile.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, web browsers
  • Strong headhunting skills.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Post graduate in HR / Bachelors degree in any field with relevant Recruitment experience
