Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the entire gamut of HR activities right from Employee retention, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Employee Grievances, documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities, Leave & Attendance Management, Payroll Processing. Develop and implement HR strategies, HR Policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Performance management and career development for employees. Ensure the alignment of the training and development plan to the strategic objectives and priorities of the company. Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures regarding human resource planning The Successful Candidate The successful candidate must fulfill the below criteria: 8+ years of experience in HR A Graduate and Post Graduate degree in HT Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal
