Sale of MF and insurance products. Fee income. Branch administration. Regulatory compliance. Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel. Requirements MBA / CA/ CAIIB Should have sales orientation Leadership skills(Though more tactical than strategic). Currently working as Branch Manager Min team Size should be 6 person Current Branch Casa 30 to 50 CR+. Not Required Small branch BM or who is taking care of 2 Main Branch.
