Job Description:

The Customer Sales Representative is an entry level position responsible for responding to customer enquiries through inbound & outbound telephone calls, social media enquiries, and email communications in coordination with the Sales and Marketing team. The overall objective of this role is to provide resolution to client enquiries, take warm leads through to the next step in the sales process, identifying best fit for loan products and identifying various cross sell opportunities.

Daily Role:

  • Place outbound welcome, marketing, and sales calls to new, potential, and existing clients
  • Provide customer service to inbound leads, including first contact resolution, answering inquiries and FAQs, addressing concerns and providing product best fit
  • Follow up calls with potential clients who have been lined up for subsequent call-backs.
  • To act asliasionbetween the CreditEnable Operations and Credit Team and attend timely trainings with on-ground sales executive
  • Provide additional support with our ongoing customer inbound and outbound contact, picking up emails and calls as required.
  • Provide support to the London and Mumbai operations team including administrative tasks.
  • Daily and weekly MIS reporting.

Qualification:

  • Graduate with fluency in Hindi, English.
  • Basic knowledge of finance (preferred)
