Team Governance: Ensuring auditor and analyst related deliverables are being consistently maintained Process efficiency & Error mitigation initiatives:

Group insurance product knowledge preferred (e.g., Dental, Vision, LTD, STD and Life)
Quality function dynamics and key deliverable knowledge.
Knowledge and Project experience in Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt.
Technology: MS Office, Advanced Excel and exposure to Macros/Queries would be an added advantage.
