- Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations
- Conduct discovery workshops, product walkthroughs/demos
- Create custom presentations/decks, write MSA, SOW
- Answer technical questions during demos
- Devise implementation strategies based on specific client business requirements
- Liaise with product and engineering for technical solutions to complex use cases
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects
- Close the feedback loop by providing product team with inputs to influence product roadmap items
