Roles & Responsibilities-
Contract management- End-to-end drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts and business agreements.
Advisory- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of the business to provide legal advice pertaining to the business, transactions, and other matters.
Compliance management
Litigation management
Intellectual property rights management
Legal research
Requirements
Required skills-
LLB from a reputed College
Must have 7-8 years of Post qualification experience.
Of the 7-8 years, the candidate must have worked in the corporate law team of Tier 1-5 law firm for at least 5 years(doing GCC)
Must be able to independently draft, negotiate and finalize contracts and provide legal advice to stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidates with prior experience in managing a team shall be preferred.
Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality.
Strong verbal and Analytical Skills, Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, Cross-Cultural Skills and Highly Team-Oriented
Solid business acumen and willingness to work and ability to interact comfortably with business and management persons.
Strategic legal thinking and capable of arriving at practical legal solutions.
