Job Summary

Customer Support Executive Domestic Voice process

English and Hindi Voice process

Shift: Flexible to work in any shift between 9 am to 9 pm.

No. of working days: 6, 1 day week off. ( Rotational)

Requirements :

English and Hindi Communication (Both are mandatory)

Any Degree

. 1 year experience in any bpo/ any domain with proper documents.

Located in Bangalore

Age criteria : 35 below

Responsibilities:

Customer issues handled

. Taking new orders

Inbound English and Hindi voice process.

Answer incoming customer inquiries

Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Record customer information within our customer service database

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - BPO/Customer Support skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Bangalore

Required - Good command over Hindi

Experience Required :

1 to 4 Year
