Senior Front-end Developer Job in Cornerstone Ondemand

We are looking for a Front-end developer to join the Big Data and Machine Learning Platform team. We are a team composed of high-caliber, productive and collaborative members. In this role you will...

• Build complex enterprise web applications with focus on HR internal mobility recommendation using AI, analytics and visualizations.
• Build reusable and shared UI and visualization components to be part of the UI platform.
• Mockup web pages based on requirements (to achieve analytics objectives) and available services and visualizations.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

You ve got what it takes if you have...

• Extensive experience in React.
• Strong TypeScript programming abilities.
• Experience in Unit testing with Jest and Cypress.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in Data Visualization (experience with a library like d3.js).
• Experience in delivering complex UI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Experience in UX design.
• Experience in Python and Elasticsearch would be a plus (opportunity for fullstack enhancements)
• Experience in Angular is a plus
• Understanding of key data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of principal software design patterns.
